Favorite smell for house for fall! Even use it as perfume!

I can't say if this smells exactly like old books or not, but I like it. It's not strong and it will blend with most everything I have. It smells nice with Tonka Bean, Vanilla, and Sweet Tobacco.

I bought 10 scents in my first order and this one was the one that I thought was going to smell the least like what it said - and it ended up smelling like a $200 a bottle of designer perfume. Immediately upon opening the bottle I said CB I hate perfume: Russian Caravan tea. Then at second sniff I said there's also a mild hint of CB I hate perfume: Mr Hulot's holiday (just a mild ghost of a coconutty suntan lotion scent undertone). I've got a pretty tender nose and this instantly smacked me in the face of Christopher Brosius' perfumery. I have no idea what this is going to smell like when it's diluted after production, but straight out of the bottle it smells amazing. I don't necessarily know if it's old books that it smells like... But it smells amazing...

My nose doesn't smell all the vanilla others are talking about. I didn't know it was in there because I hadn't read the ingredients first. HahahaHAhaHAhaHa! I made a candle in a big Gryffindor mug. I came up with my own "Gryffindor Scent" of old books, leather and chocolate in honor of all of their old books and drinking hot chocolate. It smells DELICIOUS!

I definitely just get vanilla from it. Was hoping for a leathery scent but it’s only sweet.

Pleasant and reminiscent of old books, but very sweet, and basically just smells like vanilla on its own (especially after the other notes have evaporated). It's a fun and unique way to add some complexity and sweetness to other fragrances

This is my favorite scent for everything but they really need to make it available in a size that’s more than just not even 4oz.

This is the best one.

Not a very strong scent, looking for ways to use it though. Mixing with other scents to get a secondary smell from it

This is exactly how old books smell without the musty scent from being in storage for too long. It's great and i use it all the time.
